ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission is open to  Pre-nursery,  Nursery, LKG, UKG and 1^st standard classes.

Duly filled Applications have to be submitted within the week from the date of issue

Documents to be enclosed at the Time of Admission

1. Child’s Original Birth Certificate
2. 5 photos of Applicant and 2 photos of Parents
3. Photo copy of Parents Id & Address proof (Aadhar Card)
4. Applicant’s Aadhar card
5. School Leaving certificate if transferred from other school

Kindly Note:

1. Application forms along with the school prospectus are issued at the school office
     on payment of Rs.100/- in the Karnataka Bank Ltd

2. By collecting and submitting the completed admission form, the child is not confirmed
     for admission.

3.  Beware of unscrupulous elements promising to secure admission. You are warned   

     strictly by the school authorities not to have any dealings whatsoever. The school   

     will not be held responsible for any such dealings. All payments must be made through    

     Karnatak Bank Madhura Estate Keshwapur branch.

          We have no other branches.

 

ADMISSION NOTICE

Admissions for the Academic Year 2018-19

This is to inform all parents that applications for admission will be issued from 16th January 2017. It is available at the school office between 9.30 am – 3.00 pm and on Saturdays between 9.30 am- 12noon.
